Majority of people all around the world are coffee fanatics. There is rarely anyone I know who does not like coffee. It is the perfect go-to beverage for everything. Whether you want to ask someone out on a date, have a lunch break, need to pull off an all-nighter for a big exam the next day or you just want something nice and warm. Coffee is your bittersweet heaven. It has caffeine which gives you an instant rush and energy. If its night time, you really crave coffee but want a good nights sleep, then decaf is your answer. This is how amazing it truly is.

What is truly amazing is that it is not confined to one use but is so multi-purpose that you will actually fall in love with it even more. Here are some examples which will blow your mind.

You can cook with coffee

Nope, it is not just a beverage, you can cook with it too! If you have some leftover coffee, you can put it to great use for adding texture to the gravy, smoothies, soup, stew and so many other things. As it has a great relationship with chocolate, you can add fresh coffee grounds to cakes and brownies and give it that extra flavor. After eating it, everybody will ask you your secret ingredient.

Exfoliate and tone skin with coffee

If you use spent coffee grounds for your face and body, they will do wonders for you. You can also add olive oil and will make you achieve an extra something. Other than that, for better results, you can add a handful of coffee grounds in a facial, scrub and also your conditioner.

Get shiny hair

To give your hair that instant and extra shine, rub coffee grounds on your hair when they are slightly damp after shampooing. You can also add a handful to your conditioner, this will also help you achieve that instant shine making light hair darker.

Grey hair coverage

Run out of dye or don’t want to make your hair go through all the trauma? Your solution is to fill a bowl up with strong dark coffee and dip your hair in it. Use something like a cup to repeatedly rinse your hair. Then cover them with a plastic bag for half an hour. You can also make a think paste of coffee and water using coffee grounds and apply it to your hair in sections. Afterwards, cover that with a plastic bag as well. You will see a much more dramatic color after this.

Gives fabrics an antique look

Antique colors are pretty difficult to achieve. This is because if you put fabrics in a dye for too long, the shade you get will be very deep. On the other hand, coffee does not do that, it always gives you mild and soft shade giving you the perfect off-white and the on-point antique look.
